After a few minutes of swimming at South Sand Bar, the boat men of Everyday Summer – Island Hopping and Tours took us to another island. From South Sand Bar, we traveled for another hour to reach the Mocaboc Island.
Geographically, Mocaboc Island is part of Bohol. It is a small island with fine white sand and clear water. We got really excited upon seeing the island from afar.
The island were all by ourselves for an hour and we got a chance to really have a good swim, bonding and a lot of photo ops.
We stayed until around 4 in the afternoon. It was truly a beautiful surprise to be able to visit this island. Entrance fee is Php 50.00 per person.
The boat charge was Php 9,000.00 for both South Sand Bar and Mocaboc Island.
Last May 5, 2018, we did the same route again but this time, it was for the birthday of my Tita Tening and Pre Mother’s Day Celebration of the Gabuya-Cañete’s. We had the same operator but we were given the M/B My Emilda Boat which is their premium boat with built-in karaoke machine and very, very spacious. Boating and videoke is such a great combo!
We started with South Sand Bar and thankfully, the sea was calm. All my cousins enjoyed the beach and i enjoyed the videoke. LOL. We then went to Mocaboc Island. And then the boat men took us to Hilutungan Dive Spot to again swim but here i did my instagram-worthy photos and this spot is where we witnessed a majestic sunset before returning back to Cordova Roro Port.
I hope everyone is enjoying the summer heat!♥
